AIRLOOP
AIRLOOP · ISTANBUL

The next logistics network won't be built on roads.

Autonomous aerial logistics infrastructure. Purpose-built cargo aircraft, hubs, weather intelligence and autonomy — designed as one system.

SCROLL TO LAUNCH
01 · THE PROBLEM

10 km across Istanbul at rush hour: 32 minutes.

Average congestion sits at 62%. A driver loses 112 hours a year to peak traffic — four and a half days.SOURCE · TOMTOM 2025

The same city, 120 m higher: a 15 km corridor is ~10 min of flight plus a 4–6 min turnaround.MODEL

Many logistics problems aren't distance problems. They're access and time problems.

02 · WHY WE EXIST

Not every parcel is worth the same minute.

The value of a shipment isn't weight × distance. It's value of time × urgency × reliability. So we don't start with cheap parcels — we start where waiting is expensive: medical and critical logistics. In Türkiye, 80–85% of pharma distribution flows through three channels: few customers, large volume.SOURCE

And the economics are blunt: ~95% of drone-delivery cost today is labor, because most regulation still asks for one pilot per aircraft. Our operating architecture attacks that single line — one operator, many aircraft.SOURCE · MCKINSEY

03 · WEATHER INTELLIGENCE

Weather isn't a go/no-go question. It's a flight-envelope question.

50 M WIND 08 KT
100 M WIND 11 KT
150 M WIND 17 KT ◄ RE-PLAN
200 M WIND 22 KT

The route you're watching just re-planned itself around a gust layer. We don't sell an energy percentage — the value is flying the hours others cancel.

The KPI is mission completion rate.TARGET

04 · THE GAP

Between last-mile drones and regional freighters, the middle is empty.

MIGHTYFLY · ELROY · DRONAMICS — RUNWAYS & HYBRID

Mid-range (25–100 km) is 53% of the 2026 cargo-drone market; hybrid VTOL is its fastest-growing segment.SOURCE · GM INSIGHTS

A 15 kg / 25 km mission: one AirLoop flight. Last-mile platforms would need 5–14 flights — and lack the range to fly the corridor at all.MODEL

Zipline: 2M+ deliveries, $7.6B valuation. Wing: 1M+ deliveries. Matternet: FAA type-certified. The question is no longer whether autonomous delivery works — it's who owns the middle.SOURCE

05 · DELIVERED · 11 MIN

The aircraft is not the product. The network is.

AIRCRAFT HUBS WEATHER AUTONOMY SIMULATION DATA= ONE SYSTEM

Each aircraft is a node. Each hub is micro-infrastructure: pad, charging, cargo, weather station. Every mission feeds the digital twin — and every twin update flies the next mission better. A simulation-to-flight loop, built battery-electric for cities: simple, quiet, zero-emission.

06 · WHY NOW

On 31 July 2026, Türkiye wrote the rulebook we've been building for.

SHGM UAV SYSTEMS DIRECTIVE · 31 JUL 2026 SOURCE
  • UAV corridors defined for the first time — explicitly for BVLOS logistics and autonomous delivery
  • AI-driven autonomous systems enter regulation
  • Centralized UAV traffic management (İHATTYS)
  • Flight-software certification required — our mission computer is on that path

The market is moving with it: cargo drones, $2.74B (2026) → $29.4B (2034).SOURCE · GM INSIGHTS The EU separately projects €14.5B across all drone services by 2030.SOURCE · EU COMMISSION
